Kelli Caprine
Office Manager
Kelli has a background in plumbing and handles everything from scheduling to HR and accounting. Kelli is an essential part of our team and ensures that all of our customers are taken care of and every job stays on track. In her off time, Kelli can be found hanging out at the beach spending time with her family and friends!
Erika Salazar
Estimator/Scheduler
Erika brings a strong background in mitigation to SCR, with detailed knowledge of water damage estimating, insurance requirements, and the restoration process. She enjoys helping customers navigate stressful situations and providing guidance that keeps their insurance claims moving toward a timely resolution.
Outside the office, Erika is a mom of two who enjoys rooting for the San Diego Padres, arts and crafts, and spending time with her family.
Adam Horner
Foreman
Adam is our lead foreman and has many years of experience in the construction industry, working with Casey since day one. As a San Clemente local, Adam uses his expertise to ensure all our projects run smoothly and our customers are satisfied with the end result!
Sal Sandoval
Lead Mitigation Technician
Sal comes to us with several years of experience in the mitigation industry. Sal works hard to make sure our projects are done the right way and that everyone is working safe! He is asbestos and IICRC certified.
Canyon Olsen
Project Supervisor
Canyon has been with the team since March of 2024 and is quickly learning the mitigation side of our business. He comes to our team with several years of experience in residential construction. In his off time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends either out camping or at the beach.
Jose Barreras
Production Technician
Jose B is another one of our wonderful production technicians who is never afraid to dive in wherever he is needed to help. His knowledge and drive are the top qualities that make him one of our best!
